The gracious lady moving this amendment, is a person I hold in very high esteem. The word ‘ mwongozo’ has never been defined in law. So, when there are references to it giving it some type of activity, is in contrast to written law. Would the Vice-Chairperson explain the term ‘ mwongozo’ and is it in tandem with the rest of the books of law?"}
