If you look at how the amendments are provided, then the threshold is met. I will not speak to the issues that were raised by Hon. Duale because, to me, they do not meet the threshold of constitutionality. He spoke on one thing that I picked up - the issue on self-incrimination under Article 49(1)(d) of the Constitution. One of the things we should look at is this: Does a lawyer reporting mean self-incrimination. This is a moot issue which could be the elephant in the room, and I do not want to speak to it."}
