The 21-day period, after 7th December, expires today at 5.00 p.m. There could be a Kenyan from Dagoretti who may be having a memorandum he may want to present to the Committee. He could be presenting it to the Office of the Clerk right now. I am wondering whether we are in order to transact the business of the Political Parties (Amendment) Bill."}
