I wish to know when the work will be completed. I would also like to know whether the Public Health Officers for Emuhaya and Kisumu Rural would accompany this team, so that they could ascertain that they are doing a good job. When the report is finished, could the Assistant Minister commit to avail this report to the respective offices including the Member of Parliament?"}
