Amos Kimunya","speaker":{"id":174,"legal_name":"Amos Muhinga Kimunya","slug":"amos-kimunya"},"content":"“(b) by deleting subsection (2) and substituting therefor the following new subsection – (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), a political party shall not be entitled to receive funding from the Fund under subsection (1) if- (a) more than two-thirds of its registered office bearers are of the same gender; (b) the party does not have, in its governing body, representation of special interest groups; (c) the party does not have— (i) an elected member of the National Assembly; (ii) an elected member of the Senate; (iii) an elected Governor; or, (iv) an elected member of a county assembly. (b) by deleting paragraph (c)."}
