It is true that the amendment by the Leader of the Majority Party has no relation to ours. I beg to move: THAT, Clause 22 of the Bill be amended in the proposed new section 38C — (a) in subsection (2) by deleting the words “a certified” appearing immediately after the words “shall use” and substituting therefor the words “its”; (b) in subsection (3) by deleting the words “apply in writing to the Registrar for a certified copy of the” appearing immediately after the word “shall” and substituting therefor the words “submit to the Registrar a copy of its”; (c) by deleting subsection (4). The import of that amendment is simply to delete the words “a certified”."}
