If you look at this Question, it is simply asking: “What informed the decision?” This decision and the reasons behind it must be with the Ministry. So, I find the Assistant Minister evading answering this Question. In that case, I would request you to rely on Standing Order No.46 and find him out of order and punish him accordingly."}
