However, when we go to the constituency, we are not known as patrons. We are known as the NG-CDF managers. When we do not get the NG-CDF money, the schools and other infrastructure fall apart and it is the MP who gets the flogging. If the NG-CDF Committee of this House does not get its act together, a half of us may not be back in this House after next year’s general elections. This is the most critical time. I believe the Chairman and his Committee needs to wake up. They should call for a kamukunji if there is an issue they cannot get through. We will not pass the Supplementary Budget if we do not get assurance that the NG-CDF will be disbursed."}
