A lot has been said by my colleagues on this Address but there are a few areas that I wish to commend the President on. One of the good things that were said was on the Constitution making. He mentioned this and we are seeing it bearing fruit. So, I wish also to commend the Committee of Experts (CoE). Similarly, I wish to commend and salute the Parliamentary Select Committee who have worked tirelessly and now they have presented us with a document that we are now going to debate in this House."}
