I also want to give my very positive response to what some of my colleagues have said. I would also like to say that I support the Motion. I think it is a great honour for some of us who are hon. Members in this House to be bequeathed with the responsibility of giving our country a new Constitution. As the President said in his Speech, Kenyans have been waiting for that document for the last 20 years. I grew up listening and hearing very many elderly people talking about it - including my late father- who was in this House â and how they hoped to get a new Constitution before 2002. But that never came to be."}
