Members are anxious to talk, but I wanted to say that this is a historic moment in our country, as stated by the President last week. We finally have a perfect opportunity to have a new Constitution. There are may be differences on the draft. We want to thank the Parliamentary Select Committee for pushing us forward, but I want to ask that whatever the differences, I think this House has an opportunity to iron them out in good time, so that we can go ahead and give Kenyans the much awaited Constitution."}
