However, I cannot invest my money in an area that is insecure. That is why I am very proud to tell you and the House that in my constituency which is Bonchari, we have converted young people who were jobless and were acting in a manner that was not peaceful to a force that is called âcommunity policingâ which works very closely with the police. Those young men are working voluntarily, free of charge. I want to urge the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance to look into the possibility of compensating those young people to a certain measure, so that we can enable them to carry out their day and night duties and feed their families."}
