Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 44 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (2) by deleting paragraph (a). This is in line with best practices as observed in the Mwongozo Code that does not have provisions for co-option of members of a committee of the Council. That is why we propose to delete paragraph (a)."}
