Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 52 be further amended by deleting sub clause 9 and 10. I had actually wished to propose further amendments, because I find it a bit odd that you would have a Council approving for people their programmes. For instance, if we decide we want to be giving child-feeding programmes they tell us no, go and get a programme for child labour instead. Hon. Chairman, this is very reminiscent of the days of the KANU era; the Baba na Mama days when it was the Government that told you what programmes you should undertake. But be that as it may, since I have not proposed that we take away the power for them to have a say in programmes, I think it is actually outrageous, that we would consider jailing The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
