I was telling the Committee, I did not spend a lot of time on the amendments, I think the Chairman was worried at some point that I was going to touch on issues of the CWSK. I know it is contentious, and because of that, I deliberately avoided touching anything to do with the CWSK. Some of us are accused to be having issues. I actually forgot to tell you that my mother was a children officer in the CWSK a long time ago, and that I have also been an advisor to the adoption committee. So I have a very special interest in the CWSK. It has contributed in part to who I am and it is one of the reasons I am interested in children’s issues. But when we do things the wrong way, it is not right. When the Directorate of Legal Services notices that there is a problem, normally attention is raised by a Member. So this is a peculiar way of bringing up the issue. It may be procedural and I would be very happy to learn something about our procedures. It is always a learning process."}
