I tried to follow up quite a number of times, including with the CEO in charge, but I still have not been able to get my card. When I think of the system and the structures, I feel that the institution in charge of Huduma Namba still has a lot of work to do in sensitising members. If as a Member of Parliament I registered to get a Huduma Namba card by trying to beat the deadline and I have not been told where my card is and where to collect it, then there are quite a number of citizens out there who have no idea where their cards are."}
