Clause 42D (7) States thus: “The milling losses allowable under this section shall be capped at nineteen per cent of coffee milled.” Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, 19 per cent of the coffee milled is a big amount. Can we have the justification as to how they came up with that 19 per cent? This is a huge amount. In the normal industry practice, it will be between 5 and 10 per cent, but not more than that. However, if we can get justification from the Committee Chairman, I will consider that."}
