Mwanyalo who was employed as a driver by the Office of the President in the Department of Provincial Administration and Interior in Taita District in 2008, Personal File Number 2008/172932 and dismissed in October 2013. In the statement, the Committee should - (1) Explain the process of dismissal of public officers especially those employed by the Public Service Commission under the national Government; (2) Explain reasons for the dismissal of Mr. Mwanyalo, stating whether due process was followed; and (3) State when Mr. Mwanyalo will be reinstated and compensated for the wrongful dismissal.
