You will witness a day like today when we have done the Committee Stage for the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Bill. Today, we have passed a unique and first in our life-time Sessional Paper No.4 of 2009 on Nairobi Urban and Toll Road Concession Project. Hon. Members have done a fantastic job, and obviously, like anybody else, they also deserve a break to rest, recover and work for the people from the ground. I now invite my colleague, the co-Leader of Government Business, Jakoyo Midiwo, to second the Motion. With those many remarks, I beg to support."}
