As you were reading the ruling, I was pricked to say something; and that is by applauding you for such a very important ruling that you have come up with. We had found ourselves in a ditch going by the Question raised by Hon. Aden Duale, but I thank you for wiggling out. It had the potential to create a gridlock for the entire country. Hon. Speaker, one thing that I appreciate is your recognition of Article 159 of the Constitution that, Justice shall be administered without undue regard to procedural technicalities. I thank you for bringing that forth and for creating a pathway going forward that we shall not be in such a similar ditch. However, I also reckon that Corona virus may have also interfered with our Calendar to a large extend and that calls for extraneous circumstances hence extraneous interventions. Therefore, we may have overlooked certain things not because we wanted to, but circumstances dictated so. I thank you, Hon. Speaker."}
