There is no Standing Order which has been contravened by the Prime Minister. Hakuna ! If there is, let us get the Standing Order which the Prime Minister has contravened. There was no Question which was filed for him. So, why should we vilify or bash the Prime Minister’s Office? If we have to go by the traditions of this House, what gives us the Order of the day is what is in the Order Paper. That question actually should have been asked to the Clerk’s office; that I did file a Question, but it is not"}
