First, it is unfortunate when the Government puts unnecessary hurdles to our young people. We are dealing with a huge problem of unemployment. It is the greatest challenge in this country. The biggest threat to our security, as it is, is not Al-Shabaab or terrorists, but unemployed and disillusioned young people who are out there and are not seeing a Government that is going out of its way pro-actively to help them find jobs."}
