I, on behalf of the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare, to which this Bill was committed, would like to move:- THAT, Clause 2 be amended in the definition of the term “youth”, by deleting the words “fifteen” and “thirty” and substituting therefor the words “eighteen” and “thirty-five” respectively. This amendment seeks to increase the minimum and maximum age of those to be deemed youth."}
