Briefly, I would like to point out that there are new provisions in these amendments. They bring a new insight into Standing Orders. I like the fact that Standing Orders are now giving an opportunity and procedure, for having Bills which are sponsored by Senators in co-sponsorship with Members of the National Assembly. That procedure has been lacking. I think it can reduce bureaucracy and red tape between the two Houses."}
