I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended in clause 24- (a) in subsection (1) by deleting the words “and shall remain in force unless it ceases to be in force under subsection (2),(4) and (5); (b) in subsection (3) by deleting the words “pursuant to section 30(5) and (6); (c) by deleting subsection (4) and substituting therefor the following new subsection- “(4) A practicing certificate ceases to be in force during the period which it is suspended.”"}
