It is a partnership programme and I have clearly stated that the Ministry is not happy with the progress done on that road. Consequently, we have issued a termination notice to the contractor. We cannot compel the contractor to complete the road after giving him the termination notice and he does not respond. We will have to re-tender that contract and award it to a more serious contractor. That way, we will ensure that the people of Manyatta have their road in good time and also in the specified quality."}
