The President issued an ultimatum that in 14 days time those people should be re-settled. Indeed, a group of us even went to Mawingo to persuade them to accept the Governmentâs offer of two weeks. It is now two-and-a- half months since the President made the directive and yet the Minister is telling us that he is waiting for an agreement to be verified by the Attorney-General, who as we know, will take years to verify such an agreement."}
