Kimani Ichung’wah, you are supposed to have, at least, four women in that Committee. You have eleven members and a third of that should be of either gender. You cannot have more than two-thirds male. This does not include the two co-opted Members because they are not substantive Members, but movers of the legislative proposal. You have three women and you need one more."}
