Nonetheless, I emphasize that we need to fast track the legislation on Equalisation Fund. We need to have a proper legal framework in place for determining the counties which are supposed to benefit from Equalisation Fund and also to comply with the Constitution requirement. I hope this will be prioritized by the relevant Committee in conjunction with the National Assembly, so that we have a proper legal framework on matters to do with Equalisation Fund."}
