Reading the mood of the House, I want to say that our constituents are really waiting. Over the weekend, I was at home and everybody is asking about the NG-CDF. We want the funds to be released as soon as possible. As I said earlier, no one in this august House will come back if we are not given the NG-CDF. People are used to this very noble Fund, which is being managed and supervised by the Members of Parliament. We are in total support of it. I was just wondering why the National Treasury is not releasing the funds yet we have the NG-CDF Board."}
