I am glad for his magnanimity to accept to be informed, but in the life of the last Parliament, this House, in its own wisdom, went through the process of passing a Bill that went a long way in informing the artist’s register. If Hon. Ochanda can remember, in that artist register, we ably described who an artist, an artisan and an innovator are. I am glad that he brought this up because he is able to also inform the debate as it goes on. Thank you very much Hon. Temporary Speaker and I thank Hon. Ochanda for bringing that up."}
