I therefore conducted the delivery in my own house because I have the tools. This is an educated woman in a fairly reasonably family like mine but she refused because she had lost her mind. She was mad. Had I done anything else, it would have been worse. I therefore agree that such women require a lot of support. I really support you. I will walk with you on coming up with a Bill even if it takes six or nine months until we do a proper crafting of the law for it to achieve the intended success.
