That said and done, I rise to support this Motion. This is a crucial Motion that my colleague, Sen. Kibwana has brought to this honorable House. I have the chance and honor to serve in the Committee on Health with the her and what she advances as a member is very weighty. I am happy she has found the sense and need to bring this Motion before the House. Clearly, it is a joy to give birth to a child and it is very disastrous that after that happens the particular lady or woman slides into depression."}
