Farah Maalim. My constituency is bigger than 17,000 kilometres, but I am attempting to reach out to the public. Our key interest is not everybody out there. It is that person with a serious interest on devolution; the nature of the Executive and people’s representation. Those are the people we want to target at this point during the 30 days. During the civic education – because there will be civic education in January, 2010 to March, 2010 once Parliament is through with the document, then we will reach out to the others. I want to plead with my fellow Kenyans to join us wherever they are in this very important exercise. If we do not do it now, when shall we do it?"}
