The moment I hear that the House has approved me and there is swearing in at State House, then I will send in my resignation letter to the Speaker. In this debate, I cannot contribute or vote, but I have the right to sit and listen on behalf of people of Garissa Township. I, therefore, do not even know why Hon. Alice Wahome is here.
