I also appreciate the food that he has given as a relief measure to northern Kenya counties. I thank him on behalf of the people of Samburu North but I would like to tell him that the food was inadequate. In his Speech, he alluded to value addition on livestock products. I would like to ask that the livestock off-take programmes be quickly implemented. This is because it is a great loss to lose livestock in this famine. The Government can take livestock and supplement families."}
