However, more importantly, I want to say that the consultants who did the work clearly indicated that they had identified specific challenges; indeed they had even looked at the possibility of having a tunnel. You will realize that the tunnel would not be feasible because of the unreliable source of power, which is very necessary if you are doing a tunnel. Then there is the issue of disaster management and preparedness. That also became a big challenge. However, I can endeavour to table the report, as the hon. Member has requested."}
