It springs from Article 181 of the Constitution, which mandates Parliament to come up with a law on the procedure to govern the procedure of the removal from office of a governor. If you go through the Standing Orders on the removal of a governor, it is very conclusive on how it starts, how you table the report and on how it ends. We shall abide by that procedure."}
