Temporary Speaker, on the issue of the leader of the opposition, again, I will refer you to the BBI. The spirit behind the BBI was that as a country, we should never have a situation where the winner-takes-it-all. The BBI not only advocated for the office of leader of the opposition, but also budgeted for a shadow cabinet. Ideally, what the President is proposing right now, the courts already ruled that these initiatives cannot come from the President, which I do not agree with. However, we respect the decisions of the court. This is a matter that should be taken back and prosecuted through public participation and a decision reached. It cannot come from the presidency. As I said, these are his ideas and proposals. They are rightful, but this is not the process. When it comes to cabinet secretaries coming here for questioning, I agree with the Members who said that this would render our committees irrelevant.
