I also pay my respect to my honourable colleague who seconded this Motion, the one and only Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale. He raised many relevant issues. I note that in passing this Motion, there is Kshs163 million that is a conditional grant on the supplement of the construction of county headquarters which is the first bit."}
