Given that we have had a lot of Statements made that have got very serious concerns and I have seen you have given my colleague, the good Senator for Laikipia County, one and a half minutes, I plead with you to adjust it upwards a bit so that we can be able to contribute to some of the pertinent issues raised by these Statements.
