This is a House of order and I have continuously seen this happening; that when a Member is speaking, other Members stand between the Member and the Speaker, like what has just happened. We also had an earlier case when we had a Statement being read. I think you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, should speak to that so that we have that order being restored.
