Member to come and bring a list and then discuss their conduct, whether in court or any other conduct. But, for a sitting Member of Parliament, everybody is the Member for Parliament; we cannot discuss that hon. Member’s conduct in the House without the provisions of the Standing Order 79 being conformed to. So, that is the position of the Chair. Standing Order 79 (4) says:"}
