I believe when we retire as SBC, we will come up with a better way of making sure that these Statements respond to what we intend them to. I may not pronounce myself on the issues now because I feel we should discuss the issues at the SBC. We shall then come up with a better way of making sure that this Statement give us the kind of results we are looking at. Your concerns are valid, and we will discuss them at the SBC."}
