I thank the Departmental Committee on Blue Economy and Irrigation for approving one of the former Members to Chair the KFMA. I have gone through the history of Martin; he has 20 years’ working experience. He has worked as an MP for Rangwe Constituency; he was a treasurer in the Ministry of Local Government and worked in the Office of the President in 1992. The nominee is competent and up to the task. I support his appointment. My card has been having a problem, but I thank God today I have the opportunity to contribute. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker."}
