Finally, it is very unparliamentary for Sen. Sifuna to say that I lied. Lying is unparliamentary language. He should have said that maybe I misled the House. It is not good for him to say that I lied - it is in the records of the House - the students from my county are here and they know that their Senator is an elder of the church. For them to hear that I lied on the floor of the House, I am sure it is not something that they would have wanted to take home. I wish them well as they go back and they have my best wishes always."}
