I appreciate that he recognises that he is not coming to micromanage the secretariat and that he will work to ensure that there is proper governance. We are talking about a man who has been the presiding bishop of a good church in the city. Therefore, he has the administrative skills to ensure that there are proper governance structures. I encourage him to instill the same disciple within the Commission and the secretariat."}
