You will recall that two months ago, I asked a Question on determination of Arid and Semi-arid Lands programme for the counties which are not in the programme. I presented the Question to the Ministry of East African Community, ASALs and Regional Development. When I went there, I was told the Question needs to be referred to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development. I went there, but I was again referred to the Ministry of Interior and National Administration. I went there and I was again referred to the Ministry of Education. As I am speaking now, there are people from the Commission on Revenue Allocation in Meru, who are doing a determination on the same."}
