The fact that a Motion of this nature has come here at this time is a major recognition of the fact that the Coalition Government recognizes the plight and the predicament of the vulnerable group; the aging group in our society. I think this is important. It is also a recognition of the fact that we are now becoming a caring society and that we can think of the vulnerable group in our midst."}
