It is addressing the key pertinent issues affecting the lives and well-being of the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF). While the Report casts aspersions, it is at the same time making recommendations to Parliament. Our role is to strengthen legislation to ensure that the objective of the NG-CDF Act lives its day."}
